	BEAD JOURNAL PROJECT 2008-2009 Bead embroidery is a new love, although I have used something I call sculptural beading on many of my jewelry creations; to me, the difference is the stitch patterns. I have decided to use circles as the form for each month (one of the rules is to use the same outer shape whether it be a square, circle, or free-form), which signifies to me what life is all about, an unending cycle. A unifying element will be that I have a cab on every piece, having some meaning for me in general or for that month in particular. Each circle is also a BROOCH. When they are all finished, I envision mounting them on a long narrow framed strip, removable so they can be worn. The photo to the left shows my September journal, and the cab is a mini-mola.
