TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. All work is copyrighted and the sole property of Susan Jo Rochlin.
2. Due to the organic nature of pearls and the hand cutting of semi-precious stones, there will be variations.
3. Initial orders are a minimum of $500.00.
4. Orders to be paid by Credit Card or Proforma.
5. Shipping and insurance will be by FedEx Ground or UPS Ground, unless requested otherwise, and the cost will be added to each Invoice.
6. If there is any damage to a shipment, save ALL packing material and original carton. You will need to contact the carrier immediately, as each shipment is insured.
7. All broken or damaged beading on pieces, within one year, will be fixed or replaced. All enamel pieces are shipped free of defects and should be closely checked upon arrival; they are glass and may crack or chip in the future if mishandled.
8. Annual Exchange Policy - once a year, any unsold pieces, as long as they are in their original condition, may be exchanged for other product, with full credit of the original purchase price applied. The full price of the returned items has to be equal to or less than the replacements. There will be no cash refunds, and all shipping is at the customer's expense.
9. Deposits due on all custom orders.
